LIV Dynamic is a brand of Longevity Lives LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Longevity Lives LLC owns the LIV Dynamic brand and livdynamic.com.

This policy covers livdynamic.com, LIV Dynamic intake information, customer support, and commerce activity. Licensed healthcare providers make medical decisions independently.

Medical records and health information held by your providers through Connect are addressed in their Notice of Privacy Practices. Read that notice alongside this policy when requesting care.

Depending on how you use the service, you may provide your name, contact details, date of birth, shipping address, selected plan, health intake answers, consent acknowledgments, and messages to support. We use this information to respond to requests, coordinate your selected service, match an order with its intake, and support your account.

LIV Dynamic stores the intake information you submit to coordinate your request, match it with your payment, and support delivery to your care team. Your providers maintain their clinical records separately under their Notice of Privacy Practices.

Payment information is collected through the checkout payment provider. Order and transaction information is used to verify payment and administer purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

Website technologies can collect information such as browser and device details, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies support website functions, measurement, and advertising attribution.

Our website, landing pages, and checkout use Google Tag Manager, run by our marketing partner, to load measurement and advertising tags. Through it we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta pixel, and MNTN. The Meta pixel runs across the website and is also on the checkout page. These services may receive information about page visits and interactions. Their own privacy policies explain how they handle information they receive.

LIV Dynamic also uses Connect External Tracking on public marketing pages to measure page visits, traffic sources, and engagement in our CRM. This tracker is not installed on Treatment Finder or health intake pages.

LIV Dynamic also runs its own Google Analytics to count verified purchases. Each purchase is reported from our server without your contact or health information. We do not send your contact or health information to Google Ads, Meta, or MNTN.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, our website and checkout do not load these tracking tags. Our website reads that signal with JavaScript, so if JavaScript is turned off, a basic version of Google Tag Manager still loads. Your browser and advertising providers also offer settings for cookies and ad preferences, though these may not stop all collection. Blocking cookies may affect some website features. Contact us with questions about tracking or privacy choices.

Information needed to operate the service is processed by providers supporting hosting, intake, checkout, payment processing, customer support, and communications. Information needed for care is shared with the clinical platform and healthcare providers involved in your request; dispensing information is shared with the pharmacy involved in an approved prescription.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to respond to lawful requests, resolve disputes, protect rights, or address fraud and security issues. The provider Notice of Privacy Practices explains the rules governing your providers' use and disclosure of health information.

Information is retained as needed for the service, transaction records, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Medical-record retention is governed separately by your providers and applicable requirements.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your LIV Dynamic account, or to ask about other privacy rights that apply where you live. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or transaction-record requirements.

For medical-record or provider privacy requests, use the contact instructions in the provider Notice of Privacy Practices. Avoid sending medical records, sensitive payment information, or identity documents in an ordinary support email.

The intake acknowledgment for email/SMS about your visit, labs, and prescriptions concerns care-related communications. It does not by itself authorize promotional marketing. This Privacy Policy is not marketing consent. Use the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions in promotional messages, and contact support with questions about communication preferences.
